Find out about CP Sport

CP Sport is the national disability sports organisation supporting people with cerebral palsy, enabling access and enjoyment of being physically active throughout their lives. It has worked with the FA to create the ‘Cerebral Palsy Football Coaches Workforce Project’ and aims to recruit people wishing to pursue coaching or volunteering and link them with training opportunities.

The charity will support 10 individuals undertaking the FA’s Introduction to Coaching Course and gaining a formal qualification.

CP Sport is setting up regional hubs around England to build communities of people with CP in all regions. Later this year, it will pilot a regional hub in the northeast, and plans to develop hubs in other areas of England, through partnerships with other sporting organisations.
