Here at The National Bobath Cerebral Palsy Centre we support people of all ages with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions through tailored therapy and further support. We work with health and social services to reach the people who need us most and we campaign on the issues that matter most to people affected by these conditions.
The past year has been a time of increased anxiety and worry for many, with the COVID-19 pandemic having a profound impact on people’s ability to access the support they need.
With this, we've put together a survey and we want to hear from children with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions and their parents, to find out just how COVID-19 has affected the lives of those in our community.
This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be entirely confidential and your name will not be collected in the responses.
We will use this important information to drive service improvements here at the centre and inform others - including politicians and policy makers - so that they can take the needs and experiences of children with Cerebral Palsy into account.
You can anonymously fill out the survey here. Your feedback and responses will provide invaluable information which we can use to better support you in the future, so please do consider taking the time to let us know your experiences.
We're also looking to hear about the experiences of adults with Cerebral Palsy to shape specific services and support avenues for adults too. If you or anyone you know have experiences to share then please fill out the separate survey here.
