In our 2022 survey, almost 100% of adults with cerebral palsy told of how they had experienced workplace discrimination. Some shared how they have found it challenging to find, or keep employment, because of their cerebral palsy and associated medical conditions.
As part of the Festival of CP 2022 Slater & Gordon hosted a discussion about how to make your workplace inclusive for people with cerebral palsy; including how to adjust your working hours or find out about specialist equipment to help you do your job.
